Past O'Reilly Scholars / J Ruane
Mr. James Ruane, from Dublin, graduated from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, in June 2005, placing in the top 5% of his graduating class. His studies focused on general management and entrepreneurship. At Harvard, he was Chair of the Turnaround Symposium (the only student-run conference in the USA devoted to turnarounds) and also led the Student Technology Committee. He currently works in London at Apax Partners. His ultimate goal is to return to Ireland and run his own business. His undergraduate studies were at Trinity College, Dublin, from where he graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business and Economics.
