Mr. Rossa FitzGerald, from Dublin, holds a First Class Honours degree in History and Politics from University College Dublin and graduated with a Masters degree in International Economics from John Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in Washington D.C. in May 2008. Rossa served as a consultant within the Project Finance and Guarantees Unit at the World Bank before joining the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as an analyst in 2010. In the long term, he wishes to work in international development finance and economics at the Irish and global levels.
