Past O'Reilly Scholars / R Gaynor

Ms. Rhona Gaynor, from Dunboyne Co. Meath, holds a First Class Honours degree in History and Politics, and a Masters of Arts in Political Theory, from University College Dublin. She recently successfully completed a Masters in Public Administration, specialising in Public Policy and Management, at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Previously, Rhona worked in Washington with the EU Ambassador to the United States, former Taoiseach John Bruton, and spent time in India as part of the 2004 SUAS Volunteer Programme teaching in a school in the slums of south east Calcutta. Rhona was appointed to the position of Policy Adviser in the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit, Cabinet Office, UK in November 2009. In future, she hopes to work in public administration in Ireland.
